My kickboxing classes are exclusively held inside themy own private training studio. I have no more than 12 participants at a time and I hold my fitness kickboxing class 6 times per week; morning and evening. Parking is free and I’m easy to get to by being located in Midtown Atlanta Ga, near IKEA & Atlantic Station
I won’t get too much into details here, but my fitness kickboxing program gives you the right mix of Metabolic Stimulation and Cardio Conditioning all for the purpose of you achieving your goals.
Although, I train you in a Group Class setting – the class is small enough to allow me to attend to each and every participant. Not only to check form, but also to push and motivate you to give it your all.
